Leonard “Bo” Huff, 65, of Van Buren, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014. He was born November 18, 1948 in Van Buren to the late Leonard and Leona Huff. He was retired from Bekaert Steel in Van Buren, and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, and enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Linda of the home; a daughter, Carla Huff of the home; a son Bryan Huff and wife Angelica of Alma; three sisters, Sherry Brown and Wanda Sterling both of Van Buren; and Pat Brasuell Crawford of Stuart, OK; his mother-in-law, Ollie Farrar of Van Buren; and four grandchildren, Blake and Avery Huff of Van Buren, and Isabella and Gabriel Huff of Alma.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Van Buren with interment to follow at Gill Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Gary Dickens, Joe Paul Davis, Derek Davis, Mike Przybysz, J.J. Sterling, and Marcus Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Men’s Sunday School Class at Oak Grove Baptist Church.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
