Our hearts are filled with sadness and our Sunday conversations are missing out best story teller and favorite belly laugher.  You will always be remembered and admired  for your love and service to  others and to God.   You truly made your family proud.   Thank you for all the wonderful memories of our younger days.  You were a champion 'kick the can' (aka 'nurky') player.   We will always remember our night  time swims at the deep hole with you and Jeanna. Growing up with you was such fun.   Will miss your beautiful, heartfelt music.  We will always love and remember you Kirksey.   Miss you til we see you again!

My condolences to family and friends of Bro Kirksey Lewis. I remember attending First Assembly in Ozark many moons ago with he and his family.

Kirksey showed me how to play "Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald" on guitar back in the 80s, gave me an awesome guitar I never could find someone to repair, I still have the case to this day and it carries one of my favorite instruments.

My prayers for everyone who will be missing this kool fella...we've lost someone precious on THIS side, but we'll see him standing somewhere near Jesus once we've all finished this race.

Kirksey married my sister when the were in their  teens ,he was 18,my sister  was 16 they have been togetherove50years.Kirksey was a good husband to my sister was blessed ,he became a great father to their six children, Kirksey was a Christian you could see God was a very important  part of his  life. He was always  joking around making everyone  laugh, He was a Christian, Husband, Father,and Grandfather family was  blessed The 3 of us  Kirksey my sister and I  grew up together when he married  my sister. Kirksey and my sister  came to my rescue  many times my heart is heavy  with  this loss especially for my sister I wish something  I could do to take the pain and loss she's feeling I have  to  leave it in God's hands. I'll miss you  Kirksey Iove you like a  brother, your in Heaven  now no more pain. Love your  sister  .LaRae
