Kenny Landers, 77, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 in Little Rock. He was born September 2, 1946 in Van Buren to the late Gene and Ruby (Parks) Landers. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving his country in the U.S. Navy and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a retired electronics technician from Sparks Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna Hankins and Ella Beckham; and a brother, Roy Landers.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Landers of the home; two sons, Wade Landers of Joplin, MO, and Mickey Landers of Rudy; a stepdaughter, Von Beauford of Alma; a stepson, David Silkowski of Mulberry; a sister Fran Roberts of Van Buren; two brothers, Gary Dan Landers and Tim Landers, both of Van Buren; eighteen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
