Kenneth Chatman

Kenneth Chatman, 74, of Van Buren, passed away Monday, August 3, 2015. He was born March 24, 1941 in Van Buren to the late James and Violet Chatman. He was a self-employed carpenter, and of the Baptist faith. He loved to hunt and fish.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Chatman of the home; three sons, Ken Chatman and wife Kim of Van Buren, Robert Chatman and wife Cheryl of Van Buren; and Larry Chatman and wife Kelli of Alma; a sister, Mary Lou Earnhart of Van Buren; a brother, Archie Hyatt of Uniontown; nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 11:00 Friday, August 7, 2015 at the New Hope Pentecostal Church of God in Rudy, with interment to follow at Gill Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. At the request of the decendent, there will be no viewing.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Chatman, Christian Chatman, Cody Chatman, Tyler Kelton, Zach Stam, and Clint Brasuel.
