Karen D. Denton, 75, of Van Buren, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015. She was born April 26, 1940 in Des Moines, IA to the late Clifford and Lola Cutler. She graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1959, and attended cosmetology school. She was a retired Walmart associate. She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Van Buren, a Razorback fan, and devoted mother and friend.
She is survived by a son, Paul Denton of the home; a sister, Judy Frederick of Claremore, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
