Jerry Lee Hill

Jerry Lee Hill, 79, of Alma, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024. He was born January 21, 1945 in Mulberry to the late Jack and Melba (Blaylock) Hill. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Alma. He served his county in the U.S. Air Force, was a Vietnam Veteran, and retired from Gerber Products.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Hill of the home; a daughter, Stefanine Hopp and husband Jason of Alma; two grandchildren, Alexander Hopp and Kyanne Hopp; as well as cousins and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with burial to follow at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Carl Bergt, Keith Greene, Steve Malone, Tom Leverette, Tilman McClendon, and Bobby Hopp. Honorary pallbearers will be Rob Herrington, Bob Pitts, Ray Young, James Roe, and Lonny Hopp.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2024, 2024, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
