Doris Ann Sellers

Doris Ann Sellers, 87, of Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 in Alma. She was born June 18, 1936 in Fort Smith to the late Arthur and Grace (Bell) Miller. She married the love of her life, Don Sellers, on September 30, 1954; they were married for 69 years. She had worked for Bell Telephone Company, and was a member of Zion Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Sellers; and a grandson, Ryan Malone.

She is survived by a son, Ricky Sellers and his ex-wife, Edwina Sellers of Van Buren; a grandson, Ronaldo Garrett and wife Lacey of Sherwood; a granddaughter, Carina Malone of Springdale; and a great-granddaughter, Charlee Garrett of Sherwood.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Caleb Rich, Mike Rich, and Ronaldo Garrett.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
