Wayne Lewis, 50, of Mulberry, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in Fort Smith. He was born June 10, 1967 in Ozark. He was a brick mason, and was preceded in death by his mother, Deloris Lewis.
He is survived by a son, Wayne Allen Lewis of Calico Rock; his father, William Lewis of Mulberry; and several grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
