Shirley (Grammy) M. Reeves, age 81 of Alta Loma, CA passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024. Shirley was born in Covina, California on March 31, 1942, to Lester and Martha (Terry) Snoke.
Shirley was preceded in death by her Husband of 45 years Thomas (Papa Tom) Reeves. Survivors include her brothers Larry and Glenn, and daughter Christine (David) Geiss, and sons John (Leigh Ann) Batchelder, Robert (Cindi) Batchelder, Doug (Christine) Reeves, ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
After retiring in 1993 from the grocery business as a checker (Alpha Beta) Shirley opened a child day care service which she operated successfully for several years.
She loved to spend time with her family and friends and enjoyed extended vacations along with showing off her (Goofy) PT Cruiser at car shows.
A graveside for Shirley will be held Friday, March 8, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518.
