Phyllis Loretta Brenneman

April 8, 1938 – October 21, 2023

On the morning of October 20th, 2023, passed away peacefully due to natural causes at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center with her family by her side. Phyllis was 85 years old.

Phyllis was born in Detroit, Michigan to Bernice and Harry Fencyk, though she lived in California for most of her life. She raised her two children, then went on to a career with Kmart Corporation as an HR assistant, she retired in 1999 after 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandsons and her favorite pup Max. Bingo and casinos were her favorite hobbies and she made many friends through these hobbies.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her mother, Bernice, father, Harry, son John Kennedy, grandsons Troy Austin and James Michael Szaroleta, brother Jimmy (Bernie) Fencyk. She is survived by her husband Ronald Brenneman Sr., daughter, Debbie Szaroleta, son Ronald (Dolores) Brenneman, Grandsons, Thomas (Tina) Beaver and Bryan (Shannon) Newman, brother, Daniel, nephew Jeff, and nieces Cathy and Taylor.

She will be missed more than words can say.

A private Celebration of Life for family only will be held at a later date.
