Norma Tuggle Thomas passed away peacefully on October 23rd, 2024 at the age of 87 in Upland, CA. She enjoyed being a homemaker and dedicated her life to raising her 5 children. She was a silly, fun and feisty lady. She loved to sing and dance freely, also enjoyed traveling across the country with her then husband Jim Thomas. In her free-time she enjoyed reading, quilting and crocheting. When her kids were school aged, most kids referred to her as the “neighborhood mom” because she was always so kind and welcoming. She never met a stranger. One of her fondest memories was camping and off-roading with Bill Tuggle and all of 5 of their kids in Glamis.
She is survived by her two sisters, Janice Miles and Brenda Clark, her two daughters, Sue Eye and Rebecca Pikschus, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandkids. Preceded by her parents Elbert and Tennie Worley, her 3 brothers, Bobby, Terrell & Ricky Worley, sister-in-law Norma Carol, 2 husbands as well as her daughter Darlene Dawson and her two sons Mark and Mike Tuggle.
Rest in peace Mom. You have quite a few people that have been waiting for you!
Her celebration of life will be on January 11th 2024
