Maria Teresa Sanchez

1931 – 2024

Maria Teresa Sanchez, age 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2024. She was born in El Salvador in 1931, to the late Miguel Nolasco Zepeda and Concepcion Villacorta de Zepeda.

A beloved wife, mother, mother in law, grandma and great grandma, Maria Teresa has joined her husband Eliseo Romeo Romero in heaven. Maria Teresa leaves behind eight children who were her pride and joy. Jose Cedric (Judith) Pena, Maria T. (Carlos) Aburto, Ana M. (John) Smith, Miguel A. (Lupe) Romero, Guadalupe (Walter) Quintanilla, Leonor (Francisco) Martin del Campo, Dora E. Romero and Isabel (Sergio) Villanueva; she is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Our Mom was the heart and soul of our family, known for her strength, devotion, and unconditional love. She instilled unity and love among all her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her kind, generous spirit and deep devotions for her loved ones will always be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Our mother always gave us the best of her. Her love will continue to be our guiding light as we move forward without her. Her love is the foundation of our lives, and it will grow stronger each day because that is what she would have wanted.

A mass in her honor will be held on November 9th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic church, 12704 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91739. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are kindly requested to be made to Saint Jude’s Hospital (https://www.StJude.org).
