She peacefully passed away at home at the age of 91.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Erlinda & Frank Barbosa, Dinna & Roberta Pena, Felipe Piedra, Mario & Virginia Piedra,
Debbie & Rick Aleman and daughter-in-law Flora & Alma along with her 19 Grandchildren and 26 Great-Grandchildren and more to come.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband Xavier Piedra and sons David and Xavier, Jr. Eleanor was born in Zacatecas, Mexico and
came to the US at the age of one. Xavier and Eleanor were married 54 years, resided in Irwindale and moved to Rancho Cucamonga in
1963. She loved her daily walks, sewing, gardening and spending time with family. We will miss her beautiful smile and warm hugs.
Viewing from 5 to 8 pm with the Rosary beginning at 6pm on January 15th at Stone Funeral Home in Upland. Funeral services will be held
on January 16th, 10:00am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Upland. Burial will be held at Forest Lawn, Covina, CA.
