He is survived by his wife of 18 years Patricia and their son Zachary, Doug’s
brother Gary and his wife Linda and his Parents Ruth and Larry Lenz.
Also Aunts, Uncles and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Doug’s family were residents of Rancho Cucamonga for the past 10 years.
He retired from the Ontario-Montclair School District in 2012.
