Clyde "Cj" John Landry

Clyde J. Landry of Alta Loma passed away at home early on July 2, 2015 with his immediate family members by his side after a short battle with cancer. He was bron on November 10, 1937 in Avery Island, Louisiana to Clyde and Hazel Breaux Landry. He graduated from Iowa High School, Iowa,Louisiana in 1956 and joined the Marines shortly after graduation. He was stationed at Camp Pendleton and 29 Palms during his years of service. He retired from Safetran Systems of Rancho Cucamonga in January 2000 after 30 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Janice, three children, Jody, John and Joanna, his son-in-law Greg McAtee, his daughter-in-law Shauna Landry, his grandsons Colin and Blake McAtee and his step grandchildren, Casey Rector and Brady Rector and his wife (Katie and children Sienna and Lyla).

Burial will be on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 1:15 p.m. at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California. A Memorial Service will be held at North Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1717 N. Mountain, Claremont, on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. A reception to be held after the Memorial Service.
