Mike was a devoted husband father and grandfather 
Mike was a great friend and mentor to all his friends 
Mike worked hard and played hard
Many memories with many laughs 
Mike was a veteran and patriot

Mike was someone who always made the good times better and the hard times easier.  Especially over a good cigar!  I am proud to call him a good friend and am glad he was part of my life.

Mike was a friend and colleague. 

We had many work and personal relationships over more years that we could remember.   Some of which we shouldn’t/couldn’t remember!  

He was always a gentleman, mentor and leader to all that he had encountered. 

Great memories. And I pray that those memories continue to enrich those that met him and are in his family.

Mike was a good man... true pollywog. Although I worked at Research I had my times with Mike out West.

From my view, Mike worked hard with passion in his heart.... and played hard with passion. He loved life. 

Im proud to have rode with him along the Gypsum trail.... during  a magical  time in  U.S. Gypsum history.

So sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. I feel so privileged to have known and worked with him over the years. His humor and friendliness were contagious. Although I worked in Chicago, I had considerable contact with him and his sales force while working together in the Western Region. 
My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Mike’s wit was as sharp as anyone I have ever known.  His ability to improv in any possible situation was state-of-the-art.  No one was safe from his chiseling zingers, and I can still laugh out loud when I remember some of the countless cracks and stories from my time with Mike, even when I was the target of his needling. Beyond his ability to make people laugh, one of his greatest strengths was to make those around him feel like they were important and key to the success of HIS team.  Thoughts and prayers to his family.

I had the pleasure of getting to work for Mike. During those years he was instrumental in my personal and professional growth. Mike taught us how to be a team and more importantly a close knit family.  I have many fond memories of spending time together mostly laughing. I will miss his quick wit and sense of humor. You honored me with a golf and dinner outing on one of my anniversaries years ago and I especially remember your good natured way of evening the score following an April Fool’s phone call prank.
