LTC Kenneth Lee Giberson, USAF, Ret., of San Antonio, Texas formerly of Lenape, Kansas passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023. He was born on January 31, 1936, in Tucson, Arizona to Kenneth and Gladys Giberson.
Kenneth received his B.S. at the University of Colorado and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He received his Certified Financial Planner certification in July 1988. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for 31 years. Along with spending time with his family, Kenneth enjoyed fishing, gardening, golfing and was a member of the FSH Men’s Golf Association.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Gladys Giberson; his sister, Bonnie Miller; his brother, Richard Giberson; and his son, Kenneth Randall Giberson.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 42 years, Dorothy Giberson. He also leaves behind his children, daughter Kandi Barnhill and husband, Harry; daughter Kari Hoefnagels and husband Marc; son Michael Graves and wife Jennifer; and daughter Kelli Scego and husband Jeff. He was blessed with 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Gary Giberson and wife Sue.
Kenneth’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Laura, his nurse, from Three Oaks Hospice. We would also like to thank his family, friends and neighbors who walked this journey with us.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m.. Friday, November 3, 2023 at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Rd., Universal City, TX 78148
