Jackie Carroll passed away on May 26, 2011 at the age of 52. She was born on May 28, 1958 in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Joseph and Elizabeth Hutchings Coffman. Preceded in Death by, her parents; survived by her daughter, Lindsay Carroll; sons, Adam B. Carroll and Michael Carroll; sister, Carla Moore; brothers, John Coffman and Kyle Coffman; grandchildren, Connor Carroll, Nolan Carroll, Nathan, Carroll and Sierra Martinez. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel.
