Felicitas L. Moen, age 84 passed away November 2, 2019. She was born February 15, 1935 in Berlin, Germany to Georg Paul Karl and Gertrude Baerens. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ned Moen and her only child Doug Moen. Survivors include her three nephews, George Merrill and Billy Merrill both of Texarkana, Texas and Larry C. Merrill, Jr. of Arkansas City, Kansas and their families. A graveside service will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Holy Cross Cemetery, 17501 Nacogdoches Road, San Antonio, TX 78266. Please sign the guestbook at www.colonialuniversal.com
