Dorothy Edna Fisher of San Antonio passed away on November 11, 2016 at the age of 94. She was born on September 6, 1922 in Worcester, Massachusetts to Mathis and Anna Lapinski. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Franklin L. Fisher, Jr. She is survived by her nephew John Higgins and other relatives. Graveside services and interment with military honors will be Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
