Corrine Marie Johnson, age 72, of Converse, Texas was called home on May 10th, 2013. Corrine, the eldest of three daughters, was born in Seattle, Washington on February 17th, 1941 to William and Marie Whitnall.
Corrine recently celebrated 50 wondrous years with her loving husband Ted D. Johnson. The two of them led an adventurous life together, living and loving in many unique locations, from Alaska to Hawaii. They found themselves in Texas upon retirement in 2009, swiftly making many wonderful and dear friends who became their Texas Family.
Corrine is survived by many beloved, including her husband Ted, Son Erick Daughter –in-law Nicha, three grandchildren (Connor, Brady, and Carly), two sisters, (Diane and Linda), three nephews and one niece.
Respecting Corrine’s request, no service will be held. Her final wish was to have her family take her ashes back to Maui, Hawaii in order that her ashes join the ocean she loved to watch at sunset, as the sun slowly disappeared into the horizon.
