Barbara J Readnour, 76, passed away 1 January, after a long battle with COPD/emphysema. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, James (2013). They were residents of Citrus Heights from 1980-2008. She is survived by her daughters, Suzie & Vicki (San Antonio TX area) and their families, her sister, two brothers and their families (CA) and many other family members. She enjoyed bowling, bridge and gambling, but in recent years, mostly loved seeing her great-granddaughter. She will be loved and remembered by many. As per her wishes, there will be no memorial or service. Her cremated remains will be placed with her husband at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX.
