Vincent Joseph Cervone

Vincent Joseph Cervone “Vinnie”, age 58, of Springfield, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 4, 2020. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church 50 Short Hills Avenue Short Hills, NJ, on Saturday October 17, 2020 at 11:15 AM. Vinnie was a graduate of Jonathan Dayton High School in Springfield and was a member of the wresting team. He went on to Kean University in Union and graduated with a B.A in Business Management. Vinnie was employed at AIG in Berkeley Heights, NJ, before his retirement. Vinnie loved music and sports, he was a kind and caring man who had a great sense of humor. Beloved son of Susan Agostinelli Cervone and the late Rinaldo “Dickie” Cervone. Dear nephew of Josephine and Pat Patrizio and Janet and Ralph Agostinelli. Vinnie is also survived by many loving cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
