Terry Kelly-Verducci passed away at home in Cranford, NJ, on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at the age of 50, after a courageous battle with colon cancer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Holy Spirit Church 971 Suburban Road Union, NJ, on Saturday July 22, 2017 at 10:30 AM. The family will receive their friends at the McCracken Funeral Home 1500 Morris Avenue Union, NJ, on Friday July 21, 2017 from 4-8 PM. Terry was born February 7, 1967 and grew up in Union, NJ. She graduated from Union High School in 1985. Terry worked as an Executive Assistant in the Bankruptcy Department at Lowenstein and Sandler Law Firm for the past 17 years. Terry loved spending time with her family and friends. The Jersey Shore was one of her favorite spots. Terry was a vibrant person who really enjoyed living life. Terry’s family, friends and co-workers paid this tribute to her, “Terry was a happy, loving person who was always willing to give to others. She had the greatest smile and an enjoyable quick wit. Terry always enjoyed a glass of wine with loved ones. She had a strong spirit that will always be with us.” Terry is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Frank Verducci, and the light of her life, their daughter, Danielle. Also surviving are her mother, Marie Kelly, and siblings Bill Kelly (and wife Rebecca), Beth Kelly, Tom Kelly (and wife Annie Snow), her nephew Ryan Kelly and niece Jacqueline Kelly. Her father Bill Kelly precedes her in death. She also leaves behind her in-laws, Carmen and Carole Verducci, Chris (Verducci) and Mike Richards, and Jake, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terry’s memory to Imagine, A center coping with loss, 244 Sheffield Street, Mountainside NJ 07092 or by visiting the website imaginenj.org.
