Born on December 14, 1944 in Jersey City, NJ to the late Harry and Louise Azzarello.
He was a butcher at A&P/ACME in Kenilworth, NJ of over 44years.
Russell served his country proudly in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his daughter Michele Azzarello, two sister in laws Christina Cohon, and Dolores and husband Vinnie Maranilli, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services are private under the direction of the McCracken Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Russell's name to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 East Ohio Street, Suite 500 Chicago, Illinois 60611.
