Nellie Johnson

Nellie Johnson, 95 passed away on August 3, 2016 at her home in Union NJ. She was born in Cleveland OH and resided in Union NJ for most of her life. Nellie worked at Weston in Elizabeth NJ during WWII and eventually retired from National Color Labs in Roselle NJ. She enjoyed bowling at Jersey Lanes, as well as ceramics. Nellie was pre-deceased by her husband Ralph Johnson. Beloved mother of Raymond Johnson and his partner Alberto Bermido. Loving sister of the late Sophie Stefaniak, Mary Osowski and John Lorenc. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 5th from 4-8 PM at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union NJ 07083. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 6th at the funeral home at 10:30 AM, with interment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
