Leonard E. Bobrowicz

Leonard E. Bobrowicz, 83, of Union, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 22, 2019. Leonard was born to the late Joseph and Mary Bobrowicz in Portage, PA. Leonard served in the US Air Force until 1962. He was a truck driver for Matlack, Inc. with over 1-million safe miles until he retired in 1998. During his retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his beautiful wife, Irene, gardening, and helping to raise his grandson, Connor.

Leonard was predeceased by brothers, Stanley, Joseph and Walter; and sisters, Pauline Spatz and Josephine (Babe) Machowski. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Irene; son, John; daughter Diane and her husband, Jason; brother, John and wife, Gail, in Canada; brother-in-law Ted Machowski; and grandson, Connor. Leonard also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews scattered across the U.S. and Canada. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
