This picture posted here is so Joe! Always smiling and looking happy. I met Joe a few years ago through a mutual friend Pat.  Every time I ran into him at her house or on the Pt. Pleasant boardwalk I was greeted with that big smile and hug. Joe you will be so missed, you were loved by so many and I am praying for your kids and close friends, that their broken hearts are healed. Such a loss will be felt for a very long time. God Bless the Kowalsky family.

Joe was one of the nicest , friendliest people you could ever meet.  We worked together at the A&P warehouse in Edison for a number of years.
Joe was always a barrel of laughs , even tempered, great mannered & full of life. For all who knew Joe , this is a deep loss for all of us.  My heartfelt condolences to his family.  RIP my friend ; I'll never forget all those good times we shared together at The A&P. 

I am deeply sadden by the loss of my good friend joey.We worked together for 28 years he was always a great help to me. I most certainly going to miss him on the pt pleasant boardwalk.Every time i walk it i always run into him just not going to be the same walking it now.RIP my friend- jOHN

You always had that infectious smile, from when we were little kids playing in the neighborhood right through you life.  You should still be here growing old and enjoying life. The world became a lesser place with your loss!

I will miss Joe very much. He was one of the first who saw past my disability and treated me as just another kid.  He always encouraged me to try different things at the playground and would not interfere unless needed. One of the kindest souls I have ever known, Rest in Peace until we meet again.

John and I and the girls were so sad to hear of Joe's passing.  I have known Joe for many years and we have shared many events and milestones with our families.   We have had many wonderful memories which will live on in our hearts.   Rest in peace Joe.

I will remember our being classmates at Hillside High School; and later on discovering that we were neighbors in Bridgewater.
