Isabel Jackson, age 93, of Hillside, New Jersey passed away on Friday June 19, 2020.
Born May 13, 1927 to the late Antolin and Clara in Newark, NJ.
When Isabel was older she decided to go back to school at night while working during the day, she worked hard and got her degree as a teacher and worked for the Newark Board of Ed for over 28 years before retiring. When she wasn't teaching she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving daughters Carol Iachio and Elizabeth Jackson, four grandchildren Rocco Barbella, Lauren Hild, Jacqueline Iachio and Christina Iachio, several great grandchildren, as well as great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services are private under the direction of McCracken Funeral Home.
