Granville Hans McElhenney

Funeral services for Mr. Granville McElhenney will be Friday, May 19, 2017 at 2:00pm at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel in Union. Bro. Scott Engle will be officiating. Burial will at Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery on Highway 15. Stephens Funeral Home in Union is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. McElhenney, 73, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 in Philadelphia. He dearly loved his wife, daughter, grandson and great granddaughters. He enjoyed caring for his garden. Some of his favorite pastimes was fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Dessie and Annie Ruth McElhenney and brother, John Amos McElhenney.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara McElhenney; daughter, Michelle Coburn; grandson, Nick Kirkland and his wife, Gwen; great granddaughters: Aubrey Kirkland and Avery Kirkland; and a brother, Nemus McElhenney.

Pallbearers will be Ray McElhenney, Justin McElhenney, Mitchell McElhenney, Mickey Addy, Brandon Henderson, Steve Burton and Ashton Chamblee.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 2:00pm before the service.
