Narinder Masson, born on August 25, 1939, in Mussoori, India, passed away on April 11th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, wisdom, and accomplishments. As the eldest son of Colonel Des Raj and Mrs. Chander Kanta Masson, he shared a profound bond with his siblings and cherished his family deeply. Narinder pursued higher education in the U.S., balancing work and studies with admirable dedication. He married his soulmate, Lalitha, with whom he shared 58 years of spiritual companionship. A successful engineer and a beloved father, grandfather, and mentor to many, Narinder was known for his compassionate spirit, resilience, and faith. His life’s journey, from India to the U.S., was marked by professional achievements, cultural pride, and a commitment to family and spiritual growth.
Survivors include his devoted wife, Lalitha, loving sons Vikram and Vivek, daughter in laws Savitha and Geema, and four adoring grandchildren Sharada, Kush, Grishm, and Shalini.
Narinder’s visitation service will occur Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ 07087(Parking available, located behind Leber Funeral Home). Friends and Family are welcome to join and honor the memory of a man who was cherished by all who knew him. A funeral service for Narinder will be held Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at Leber Funeral Home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ 07087. A committal service will occur Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Garden State Crematory, 4101 Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ 07047.
