William Bill Seib

Bill was born June 30, 1953 in New Jersey, the son of the late John and Frances Seib.

He served in the United States Navy and was a decorated Cold War Veteran.

Bill believed in giving back to his community. He was a supporter of the Injured Veteran Relief Fund, the Boy’s Fund, International Children Relief Fund, Animal Control Fund, Ministry of Faith Church in Fort Meyer, FL, the National Law Enforcement Officers Supporter and Museum Founding Member. Bill was a member of the Montville Polish Club.

Bill is survived by his mother Frances (Miller) Seib, loving wife Betty A. Seib, three children, Reverend Alan Smedberg and wife Krystal of Fort Meyers, FL, Christina Ohleyer and husband Daniel of Naples, FL, Dorothy Martin and husband Carl of Dudley, MA, by two brothers Jack Seib and wife Melinda of Dallas, TX, Gregory Seib and wife Eve of Atlanta, GA, four sisters Laura Seib Hakeem and husband Brian of St. Joseph, MI, Kathy Korber and husband Ray of NH, Diane DeHaan and husband Martin of Grand Rapid, MI and by her sister Adrian of Virginia, and by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

A funeral service with military honors to follow will be held at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 1 pm. Calling hours will be held two hours prior from 11 am until the time of the service.
