Mary was born and raised in Port Glasgow, Scotland. Her long career in the Montville school system, began as the cafeteria milk monitor known as Mrs. “J”. She finally retired after years of working as a paraprofessional for the district.
In addition to her parents, she is pre-deceased by her two brothers, John and Duncan, her daughter Tania, and her loving husband of 55 years, John.
She is survived by her loving daughter Dawn. Survivors also include her son-in-law Steve, her grandchildren Sean, Mitch, Griffin and Brynne, her extended family in the United Kingdom as well as many dear friends.
Her funeral will be private. A memorial service will be set for a later date.
