Yvonne was born on November 22nd, 1929, to Everett and Musa Hanson in Nucla, Colorado. After graduating beauty school in Denver, Colorado she went on to run her own salon in Durango, Colorado and was beloved by many. Yvonne met her husband Billy Carl in Durango and they were happily married for 52 years before he passed in 2011. Their marriage was filled with travel, dancing, and family.
Yvonne is preceded by her parents Everett and Musa, her husband Billy Carl, and her daughter Becky. She is survived by her daughter Nyla, son William, granddaughters Krissy, Shali, Lindsey, Kaylin, Marissa, and Jessica and 7 great grandkids.
Visitation will begin at 10am and the service will be at 1 pm at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, February 20th.
