Mrs Clancy was born February 21, 1918 in Sulpher Springs to Charles Edward & Annie L Crow Northcutt and passed away on January 10,2013 in Tyler. Mrs Clancy is survived by a son: Richard Clancy of Tyler daughter Patsy Vaughn & Husband Glenn of Whitehouse, Grandchildren: John Clancy, Ricky Clancy, Melissa Stanley, Terry Clancy & Wife: Julie, David Hogan Jr & wife: Michelle Tonya Lehr & Husband Derek, Numerous Greatgrandchildren, she was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband Irwin Clancy, Son: Robert Irwin Clancy.
