Sherry has lived at Lake Palestine for the last 42 years with her husband, Matt Blandford. Their love began 43 years ago on Friday, May 6, 1977 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Tyler, Texas. Sherry also worked for Trane for 28 years. She enjoyed precious time with her family, being 'Nana' to her grandbabies and being on the lake. Sherry will be missed by all who knew her.
Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Matt Blandford; children Robert (Michelle) Gurney and Blair (Blayne) Blandford; father Alivia (Linda) Land (Sherry always thought of Linda as Mom); brothers Eric (Terry) Land, Rodney Land and Aliva Land; grandchildren Kasey, Katelyn, Caleb, Cody, Anita, Briley, Briggs and Britton; great-grandchildren Willow.
Sherry is preceded in death by her mother Patsy (Jerry) Adair (Sherry always thought of Jerry as her Pa); and grandmother Ruby Land.

A graveside service for Sherry will be held Friday, May 29, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Tyler Memorial Cemetery.
