Services for Sally Maxine Herring, 88, Tyler, will be 2:00PM Thursday at the Tyler Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Pat Alvey officiating. Burial will be in Cathedral in the Pines. Mrs Herring was born Sept 18, 1923 in Rusk County to Lewis R & Emma Sue Dickerson Reid and passed away May 1, 2012 in Tyler. Mrs Herring had lived in Tyler since 1945 and was a Baptist and a member of the Rebecca Lodge in Overton. Mrs Herring is Survived by a son Paul Herring & Wife Gladys of Tyler, Daughter Carol Bickerdike & Husband Gus of Tyler.
Grandchildren: Kenneth Herring , Ricky Shelbon , Brian Bickerdike Tammy Hicks, Misty Harris, Shana Bickerdike, Carmie Shelbon, Christine Hicks, 11 greatgrandchildren & 1 Greatgreatgrandson. She was preceded in death by Parents and a grandson Chris Herring. Visitation will be 6-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home
Tyler Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
