Memorial services for Robert L. Wilkerson age 84 of Tyler will be 3:00PM Tuesday, October 6, 2015 in the sanctuary of Pleasant Retreat United Methodist Church with visitation at 2:00PM in the welcome center.
Mr. Wilkerson was born on February 23, 1931 in Huntington, West Virginia to Harold B. and Flora Flossie Beard Wilkerson and passed away on October 3, 2015 in Tyler. Formerly of West Virginia he had lived in Tyler 74 years, was a U S Air Force Veteran serving during Korea and was a member of Pleasant Retreat United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 59 wonderful years Billie Wilkerson of Tyler; son, Rob Wilkerson of Round Rock; daughter, Jill Seale and husband Cody of Chandler; grandsons, Josh and Caleb Seale of Chandler, numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews and several sisters-in-law.
Mr. Wilkerson was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
