Ms. Lout is survived by sister, Terrie Lynn and husband, Royce Warner of Nacogdoches, Texas; brother, Richard Carlton and wife, Chaurcley Cook of Nacogdoches, Texas; a nephew Austin Grant Cook and wife

Morgan of Plano, Texas and a great nephew Conrad Grant Cook of Plano, Texas. Special life-long friend Martha Akers of Dallas, Texas I Tyler, Texas. Peggy was born and raised in Tyler, TX and was a lifelong resident of Dallas, TX. She passed away in the presence of her family in Nacogdoches, TX.

Ms. Lout will rest near her grandmother Ethel Mary Yates Lout Cooper and her father Iverson Henry Lout at Tyler Memorial Cemetery in Tyler, Texas. Pallbearers: Joseph Acker, Austin Grant Cook, Richard Carlton Cook & Royce Warner.

A visitation for Peggy will be held Monday, October 16, 2023 at 10:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 PM.

Peggy will be laid to rest in Tyler Memorial Park, Tyler, TX. Interment for Iverson Henry Lout her father, will also be laid to rest at that time
