Linda June (Wise) Miller passed away on August 27, 2018 at the age of 74. A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 10 am in the chapel of Lloyd James Funeral Home in Tyler.

She was born to Ralph and Aleta (Fisher) Wise in Dallas on October 25, 1943. She attended Hillcrest High School and graduated from Texas Women's University in 1979 with a BSN, RN. Linda worked for and retired from East Texas Medical Center (now UT Health Center) and in later years operated Miller Power Equipment following the death of her husband.

She was preceded in death by husband Jackie Miller and her infant daughter Karen Marie Spann. Linda is survived by her sister Frances (James) Roddy; nephews Christopher and Nathaniel Roddy; great-nephew Joseph Roddy; step-sons Brad (Kim) Miller and Hunter (Kathy) Miller and step-grandchildren Logan, Skyler, Macy, Layne and Slater.
