Jeanette Frances Van Houten

Jeanette passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, in Plano.

She was born on June 2, 1958 in San Rafael, California to Warren D. and Joan Witherspoon Woodcock. Jeanette was a longtime concession manager at Tyler State Park for many years. She loved children and especially her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kevin Van Houten, of The Colony; three daughters, Christina Smith and her husband Coy, of Tyler, Kimberly Tutwiler and her husband Kyle, of Havelock, North Carolina, and Rebecca Van Houten, of The Colony; father, Warren Woodcock and his wife Diana, of Tyler; brother, John Woodcock and his wife Ivy, of Tyler; and five grandchildren, Savanna Barrows, Abigail Barrows, Emma Barrows, Gabriel Barrows, and Alyssa Smith, all of Tyler.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Woodcock.

Honorary pallbearers will be John Woodcock, Coy Smith, Kyle Tutwiler, Charles Wilson, Jason Van Houten and Tricia Ruiz.
