Elisabeth Anna East

Elisabeth was happily married for 41 years to her loving husband, Charles Larry East who preceded her in death on February 26, 2011. She was also preceded in death by parents Ernst and Elisabeth Niessner and her brothers Ernst and Walter Niessner.

She is lovingly survived by her only sister,Brigitte Schweizer of Nersingen, Germany; children - Connie Headley and husband Steve Headley, Rosemarie Wood and husband Tim Wood, Erich East and wife Cindy East; grandchildren -Ryan Headley, Beth Headley, Katherine East, Taylor Wood, Tyler Wood; great grandchildren- Amiyha and Robert Edwards and beloved and loyal dog Willy.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday June 22, 2012 at Lloyd James Funeral Home 1011 East First Street in Tyler,Texas 903-597-6611. The family will receive friends 1 hr prior to service on Friday beginning at 1:00 PM.

The family would like to extend its heartfelt appreciation to her wonderful caregivers: at Odyssey Hospice and her nurse Maureen. Special thanks to Virginia, Robin and Connie for their loving care.
