Edith Foye Wilson

Foye died December 6th in Tyler at Briarcliff Nursing Home. She was born February 17, 1929 in Winnsboro to the late Zachary and Lucy Bridges. She was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord and accepted Jesus as her savior. She resided in Tyler since 1950. She loved watching the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Rockets. She was in the motor freight business for forty years as a rate clerk and as terminal manager at Red Ball Motor Freight. She retired in 1996.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband Granville Wilson; son, Terry Wilson; one brother; and five sisters.

Survivors include daughter Kathy Skender of Tyler; daughter in law Cindy Wilson Smith; grandchildren, Doug Skender of Frisco, Keith Skender of Frankston, Debby Tebbetts of Tyler; Windy Wilson of Houston; Wayne Wilson of Tyler; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the graveside service at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.
