Services to celebrate Debra Berry will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 13, 2021 in the Chapel of Lloyd James Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Crawford officiating. She will be laid to rest at Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m.
Debra, 60 of Tyler, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in Tyler. She was born March 24, 1961 in Longview to Elmer and Frances Copeland. She went to and graduated from White Oak High School. After high school, Deb went to work for then Southwestern Bell. She worked in several different areas for the phone company and finally retired after 30 years from AT&T as a first line manager in operator services. She had a great love for music, her church, and doing for other people. These were the areas that she really enjoyed and brought her great joy.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Francis; her father, Elmer and her brother, Charles. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Bobby; her sister, Linda League; stepsons, Wes Berry, Payton Berry and his husband, Nic Quinn, her 4 fur babies and a lot of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be, Wes Berry, Jackie Cly, David Aguilar, Gavin Copeland, Clint League and Jordan Copeland.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pets Fur People of Smith county. Deb loved her four leg babies.
