Services for Adam John Luna-Palacios will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel in Tyler with Dr. Manuel del Toro officiating. Burial will follow at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery with Daniel Garcia, Dale Harris, Rolando Horn, Casey Melton, Arthur Palacios, Michael Palacios, Anthony Rangel and Marcus Hernandez serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Christopher Palacios, Nathan Sheffield and Alex Ledezma. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 P.M., Friday evening at the funeral home.
Adam was born on April 18, 1979, in Tyler, to Arturo Luna and Diana Eva (Davila) Palacios; they survive. He married the love of his life, Melinda Garcia at Primera Iglesia Local Pentecostas in Tyler. Adam was known as the tire man in Tyler. He had an infectious smile that lit up any room. He had a love of antique cars, hunting, fishing, and the Philadelphia Eagles, but those who knew him will remember him as a loving husband and father. His favorite time was spent playing with his children. Adam leaves behind a large family and many friends who will always remember his loving personality, his big heart, and wonderful smile.
Adam is also survived by wife, Melinda; children, Sierra Diane Palacios, Tyler Christopher Mtnous, Desiree Frances Palacios, Daisha LeAnn Palacios, Adam John Palacios, Jr., and Jordan Palacios; siblings, Arthur Michael Palacios, Amy Ann Palacios, Karen Marie Palacios, and Steven Lee Ledesma; mother-in-law, Frances R. Garcia and by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
