William "Bill" Edward Curry

The Singular light of William Edward Curry was extinguished Monday, November 21st, 2016 at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his two sons Mark and Darren Curry, two grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Bill was born February 28th, 1935 in Ontario, Oregon to Harry and Rose Curry. In 1954, he married Peggy Ann Teater. He and Peggy were married for 55 years, until she preceded him in death in 2011. Bill got the chance to laugh and love once again with Ora Deahl for the last five years of his life.

Bill worked for Gem State Paper Company for 38 years until his retirement. He loved to fish with his two sons, laugh, and crack jokes. Bill was active in the Elks Lodge, the Good Sam Club, and loved to spend time at the Twin Falls Senior Center.

Those who knew Bill always enjoyed his wonderful sense of humor, and knew he could always be counted on for a laugh. He will be missed.

A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016 at White Mortuary, 136 4th Ave. East, Twin Falls with Chaplain Paul Jordan officiating. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of White Mortuary, Chapel by the Park, Twin Falls.
