Judith Rae (Judy) Holbrook died peacefully surrounded by her family, Thursday, October 31st, 2019.
Judy was born August 18, 1942 to Tom and Olive Bullock in Rio Tinto, Nevada. The family moved to McCammon, ID in 1948 where she spent the rest of her childhood. Judy graduated from Marsh Valley High School in 1960. She married Ben Holbrook and to this reunion was born 4 children.
Judy had an incredible creative passion which led her to many jobs in this field. One of her favorites, was decorating Cactus Pete’s Casino along with the gift shop, which she did for many years. She followed her dream and passion and opened a boutique in Soda Springs, Idaho called Holbrook’s Court and the Sunflower Pot in Lava Hot Springs, ID.
She is survived by her children Darcie Holbrook Jerome, ID, Kim Paulson, Meridian ID, Son-in-law Stan Paulson Twin Falls, ID, Cindy Jo Edwards (Gayland) Jerome, ID, and Paul Holbrook (Melissa) Meridian, ID, 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters, Bobbi Fitch, and Tammie (Tim) Barbre, from Pocatello, ID and her special sister friend Colleen Reeves-Monk, Brother-in-laws Jay Holbrook, Larry Holbrook and Sister in Laws Susan Bergeman, Shiela Mason, Colleen Holbrook Black and many nieces, nephews, and treasured family.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, and her husband (Ben Holbrook)
A Celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday November 6th at
White Mortuary “Chapel by the Park” 136 4th Ave. East Twin Falls, ID 83301..
