Helen Marie Schick

Helen was born on April 28, 1933 in Castleford to Albert and Claudia Crowley. In 1952, she married Marvin Schick, and together they raised their daughter, Katherine.

Helen worked as a custodian for 20 years at College of Southern Idaho and was particularly known for her feisty attitude and warm, welcoming heart.

Helen is survived by: her daughter Katherine (Don) Welker; grandson, Rob (Jessica) Schick; granddaughter, Tina Welker; great-grandson, Dylan Schick; brothers Earnest (Donna) Crowley, Ralph Crowley, and Melvin Crowley; and sisters-in-law Rosita Crowley and Ruby Elderidge.

Helen was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will truly be missed and forever in the hearts of those who loved her.

Graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the West End Cemetery in Buhl with Chaplain David Ackerman officiating. A viewing for family and friends will take place on Monday evening from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at White Mortuary, 136 4th Ave. East, Twin Falls.

Services are under the direction of White Mortuary, Chapel by the Park, Twin Falls.
