Teresa Diann Johnson, age 52, of Cottondale, died March 2, 2016, at DCH Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Bobby Green officiating and Memory Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Survivors include her husband, Bert Johnson; daughters, April Scott and Ashley Freeman (Josh); son, Jason Cunningham (Carla); sister, Linda Watkins; brother, Mike Richards; and grandchildren, William Streetman, Jared Cunningham, Kaitlyn Cunningham, Pamela Davis, Elijah Davis, Nathan Freeman and Gracie Freeman. Teresa was a Godly mother, faithful to her church and her family. She will be missed but we will see her again.
