Teresa Lucille Harbin

TUSCALOOSA - Teresa Lucille Harbin, age 82, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., went home to be with the Lord peacefully on May 8, 2019. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2019, at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Bob Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death her husband, James W. Harbin; daughter, Belinda Pike; her parents, Page and Lottie Morrison; her brothers and her sister.

Survivors include her daughter, Tina Goins (Phillip); grandchildren, Jordan Goins, Erin Goins and Wes Kelley (Kelly); great-grandchildren, Alyssa Kelley, Anniston Kelley and Ayden Claire Kelley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lucille loved her family and was a really good cook. She always loved company and having family over for holidays. She also loved growing flowers and her little vegetable garden. Lucille was a woman of strong faith. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends but it's comforting to know she has joined so many loved ones in Heaven.

Pallbearers will be Grover Niles, Michael Hoeflich, Chris McGee, Michael Merriam, Freddie McCool and Steve Morrison.

Honorary pallbearers are Cottondale Christian Church, Hospice of West Alabama and Holt High School Class of 1956.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of West Alabama and Cottondale Christian Church.
